1. Service Agreement

By booking Wedding Glimmer Pro's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our photography and videography services are provided subject to availability and confirmation of booking.

2. Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of photographer inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Service Delivery

Wedding photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of your wedding date via online gallery and USB drive. We guarantee a minimum number of edited photos based on your package selection.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the wedding will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit all deposits. We recommend wedding insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

5. Copyright and Usage

Wedding Glimmer Pro retains copyright to all images but grants you unlimited personal use rights. We reserve the right to use images for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.
